The LYIT Nursing Society hosted their 2nd Annual LYIT Teddy Bears' Hospital last week and our preschoolers and early years classes were delighted to receive an invitation to attend. The aim of this event was to remove the fear, often felt by children, when visiting the doctor or hospital. The children were shown how nurses might take care of their Teddies. Our children really enjoyed this visit. Well done to all the organisers!
